The trails are mostly wooded trails, some of which run through a small creek. The trails are marked Green (Easiest), Blue (Medium), and Black (Hardest). Any more info can be asked to our staff out at the park.

Any chance of being opening without a large group monday through thursday in the future? My work schedule makes it impossible to get out there friday through sunday.
 

i also am unable to go wheeling on the weekend.  would love to meet up with others during the week.  i can round up around 5-6 rigs/atv's.  if we could get to the majic number of 10 then it sounds like they would open up during the week for us.

My first time riding out there was great (last Sunday)  I would do it. Its a way helping you so we can have such a close and great place to ride.  I know we are all cash straped so it just might be a big hit.

Yes, we will be open on Saturday 3-13-2010. If you have any doubts call before you come out. :)

 I think it has to say on the side 39" or less.

Selling several sets of hummer h1 beadlock wheels, 8 bolt , 8 lug, good condition. Stock centers

Have probably 5 or 6 sets for sale.

Also have Magnesium runflats to go with them.

Is this actual tire size, as in the tire itself has to measure 39.5" or less or just that the sidewall must say 39.5" or less?  I would like to make a trip to the park but my truck is on 16/40-16 LTB's.  But when they are on my truck they only measure 37.5" tall.

That will be NICE if you will have car wash, at least 3 pressure washers.

I'm a Newbee to ATV's, but have ridden motorcycles all my life and use to race motocross back in the day.  I'm headed out to the Cliffs tomorrow morning and was wondering if any of you would like to meet up and ride together?  It's always more fun if you can make a few friends and share riding experiences and help one another out if need be.  I just bought a Black 07 Predator 500 which seems to have a lot of get up and Yikes!  But driving around my house on a city lot ain't gettin it.  Post a reply if you would like to meet there and do some riding.  Like I said I'm brand new at this and could use some pointers on the do's and don't of ATV.  I'll look for replies later tonight and in the morning.

I've been riding at your park since it opened.   I've seen the park only improve over time.  I have to say … I was surprised the last time I came, many of the trails were groomed … every one of your employees were very nice and polite … and the parking lot re configuration was much nicer.

Signs cant be that expensive, they wouldnt have to be anything fancy,  With the price of 1 persons admission ($22+ ) you could buy 2 sheets of plywood, cut them into 10-12 signs (each sheet) , paint them with trail #'s

I can see the car wash being expensive if your going big.

Where are you guys planning on building the car wash at?

Signs are easy. They don't need to be fancy. Some plywood or plastic sheeting, some paint and a little clearcoat=signage. The only thing they really to need to show is the trail number. 

in march-june of next year we will put sinage and car wash . a car wash cost money. its going to be big not just power washers and water. the creek does not hold enough water meening we must dig a 2nd well for water. meaning $$$$$$$$ and signs they are not cheap eaither just to let you know... Evreything cost money. The Cliffs Just makes it to stay open and we must spend our money on the most important things... Like Bills xD  but we are working on as much as we can atm thanks for the ideas im glad to hear from you

FYI, alot of quarry's dispose of their large rocks that arent economical to re-crush or dynamite to break them down to size by just burying them out of site / out of the way...

I would imagine rocks like these (in the future) would be the way to go... Cheap, if not free for the loading / hauling.

Might be worth looking into whenever you decide you can do a rock garden

Another idea,  build a car wash on premises.. even if it just pumps dirty water out of the creek.. I know that I for one, and every single person I wheel with would be willing to kick 5, or 10 bucks out for a wash-off area, so you dont have to bring all the mud home with you.  

Obviously im not talking a detail area, but something to wash a good amount of the mud off our rigs would be awesome.... and you guys wouldnt have as much soil leaving the park, bring a skid steer in after a weekend, scoop up the dirt and put it back into the park, instead of in our driveways and car wash's at home.. 

I know the car wash's in seneca and marseilles wont let you wash muddy rigs there!

Just an idea... 

I also think it would help to have the trails labeled a little better, its pretty confusing for people that arent familiar with the place... I mean, it can't be that complicated to make signage, and it sure can't cost that much either.

Is the cliffs planning on adding a rock garden in the future?

I think it would attract a different crowd of people and help the park expand, in itself.

Im not talking about the dinky pile of gravel thats in the parking lot either,   I don't see any challenge in that, and have reversed over it with ease.

Im thinking, rig breaking rocks...  I could see it up on the bluffs near the half buried tires.  You could make money on recovery's and tow's as well.

Ive covered 95% of the park id say, and dont really have any good rock crawling spots out there.  On most of the forums, The cliffs get dogged on all the time because all there is to offer is mud, and alot of people dont like that.  I personally like mud, but have a rig that is built for crawling as well.

I think if you guys offered more to the crawling guys it could be a great thing

In 2010 from April to September im having 1 event per month! I need some ideas.

Here is your chance to ask and maybe have your idea for an event be put on.. If you come up with a good event, the event committie will put this event into effect for an upcoming month! We're starting the 2010 event year very soon.

Once they are placed even if we have rain or a blazing sun, we will have these events. They will not be canceled, so give us your suggestions. If we like your ideas, we will let you come to the event commites meeting, and come up with some good ideas for the event, not to mention a picture put on the website, and of course a free days pass and your choice of a sticker or t-shirt.
